Due to the construction, the temperatures in the house are very pleasant, regardless of the season. In mid-summer the high temperatures are "not let in", and in winter the heat is "not let out". The living room and kitchen are high rooms without a false ceiling, which overall creates a pleasant living environment.
You can make yourself really comfortable in the living room with a sofa and large flat screen with satellite TV and dim lighting. If necessary, go from the living room through the sliding door directly onto the southwest-facing terrace or first turn left into the open kitchen.
The kitchen has an induction stove with 4 plates, an oven, two refrigerators and enough work space to prepare something culinary. In addition to everything you need in a kitchen, you will also find a bread slicer, kettle, toaster, bottle warmer, a microwave and a coffee machine with several programs.
The dining area is part of the kitchen room and is located by the window to the terrace.
The 3 bedrooms each have a double bed, one of which also has a bunk bed. From the room with a bunk bed, you can access the terrace directly through the glass door.
There is also a work table with an office chair and a 23 inch flat screen including mouse and keyboard. All you need to bring is your laptop. To connect to the network, use either the Wifi or the existing LAN cable.
The covered terrace, with its 20m² and the table for 8 people, offers enough space for comfort. If it gets a little cooler, the infrared heater mounted outside can be activated.
There are two WiFi access points in the house that ensure good WiFi coverage. WiFi reception is also guaranteed on the terrace and around the house.
The carport has enough space for two cars and is equipped with an 11KW electric charger.

There is more than 2000m² of free space around the house, including a lawn with garden furniture and a barbecue area. Lake Wörthersee extends to the hill on which the house is located and can be reached in just a few minutes. On the opposite side, Lake Hafnersee and Lake Keutschachersee are only a few kilometers away.
From the terrace you can directly access the lawn, which borders directly on the edge of the forest.
In the southwest, from the lawn and terrace, you can see some of the peaks of the Karawanken mountain range. Behind it is Slovenia and Italy.
